Service Description

Classical Pilates is a mindful movement practice, designed to improve range of motion and poor postural patterns, increase muscle tone, strength, flexibility, create better spine and joint function and balance the whole body, mind and spirit. With better alignment comes better energy flow and freer movement. When practiced 3 times a week (minimum 30 minutes) these benefits happen more quickly. You will be amazed at how much change can happen in just 10 weeks under the watchful eye of your instructor. Each private session is tailored to your specific needs. ​ The 30 session concept is for you if you want to create quick changes in posture, muscle tone, strength, flexibility, energy and overall wellbeing. Option 2 - 2 private in studio (or zoom) sessions with Melissa and 1 30 minute video self practice, or 45 minute group mat class, per week for the first 5 weeks, then 1 private session and 2 30-45 minute video self practices per week for the 2nd 5 weeks. 1 of the self practice video sessions may be replaced with the 45 minute group mat class. 10 weeks $1024, payable in 2 $512 installments
